Letting us know that you are not actively looking for jobs will limit communications and pause job proposals from recruiters. You may still continue to get emails about industry trends and hot jobs text alerts (you can always unsubscribe to both!), but overall our communication will be less until you are looking for your next assignment.

You can change your search status by updating the 5 job categories to 'Not actively looking' in your Job Search Preferences in the Home page:
