Sometimes candidates want to put their 'search on hold' once they have started a job (or are taking a break!). Letting us know that you are not actively looking for jobs will limit communications and pause job proposals from recruiters. You may still continue to get emails about industry trends and hot jobs text alerts (you can always unsubscribe to both!), but overall our communication will be less until you are looking for your next assignment.

You can change your search status by toggling off the sliders next to the 5 job categories in the Job Search Preferences section of your profile:
