We have developed a tool to report a recruiter on our platform in order to hold recruiters from the agencies more accountable. We strive for a candidate experience that surpasses expectations and we want to know if things aren't working right. We do ask that you wait at least 24 business hours to report a recruiter and please keep in mind that their standard schedule is Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in their respective time zones. Recruiters usually will not respond on nights, weekends, or holidays. We know that sometimes as a healthcare worker it's hard to keep the days straight but please try to be respectful of their time off.
