When recruiters send a job proposal, they can only send it via the platform- all of your other information is hidden. They can't see your profile until you actually apply to the job they are proposing.

You can respond YES either thru text or in the chat thread on the app or click on the link in the proposal. Once you express interest, the recruiter should have full access to your profile and documents.
