Yes, it is possible initiate a conversation with a recruiter from an agency posting jobs on Vivian without having to apply or 'express interest' in any position! You can ask questions about experience requirements, pay, housing resources and transportation, etc, without having to share your profile or grant access to your documents. This can be done both on the website and the app! However, please note that this feature is only currently available for Staffing Agencies and not for Facilities and Health Systems.
Using a web browser:
Search for the agency using either the search bar or the available filters
Click on Learn More, go to yellow box at the right side where it says Get the conversation started now, then click Continue.
Using the app:
On the Home page, scroll down to Resources > click on Employer Reviews > choose Staffing Agencies
Search for the agency using either the search bar or the available filters
Click Learn more at the bottom of the screen then, on the next page, click Continue.
