1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the Profile tab > About you
Note: if you're on mobile web or on the Vivian app, the About you section is under Summary
3. Update the Phone number field and hit the green 'Save' button to apply the changes

Updating your email address
If the email address associated to your Vivian profile has a typographical error, is already inactive or has been compromised, unfortunately you will not be able to update your email on your end- it will show as a greyed out field on your profile.
To change your email address, you will have to send a request to our Clinician Support Team using the 'Contact Vivian' button (under Resources).
