There are two ways to completely block off email notifications from Vivian:

1. Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the original email

If you can't see the link in the inbox view, click View entire message at the bottom of the email and you should see the Unsubscribe link on the next screen.

2. Block "Vivian Health" as a sender by clicking on the hamburger menu on the upper right side, next to the Reply icon.
